The installation team consists of various employees, each with their own speciality such as construction or electricity, in which they take safety very seriously.
Customer friendliness and good communication are also very important to us, which is why the team leader will be regularly present on location to answer any questions or wishes.
The administration team will be in contact with you during the whole process and can organize the following:
- Legalisation of the solar energy system
- Building license
- Net metering (ANDE) registration
- Documents for the renewable energy tax incentive
Also, after the installation we will take care of you. We will monitor your system and contact you in case there is an issue.
If you experience technical problems, you can always contact us. Our technical service staff can support you remotely or, if necessary, visit you on location.
